i just came back from ohio!! actually i did 4 hrs ago, but well.. hehs. felt like updating these past 3 weekends, that were the best ever since i came to the states and of course, share it with you guys. i'll probably post a link to the minne and ohio trip some other time, the next time i post perhaps.
the long-awaited shopping and playing at an indoor theme park at mall of america in minnesota turned out to be great, less than i'd expected it though. maybe it would have been better if we were given more time at the mall, to shop!! they've got no tax there for god's sake. IT'S JUST COOL! how u can save tt extra 6%, but i ended up buying only a sweatshirt cos i couldn't find anything in that limited amount of time since we were pretty dumb to wait for one another on the first day, plus the fact that my hp's batt went off again, at sucha crucial time, so i didn't have that much of a freedom to choose. but sightseeing was great, everyone went on a crazy photo streak, took photos wherever we went, played with dogs, scared people, made lotsa noise, lamed around, the usuals. :D n i gained 7 pounds cos of tt damn trip!! arghhhh, which i'm still trying to lose now, desperately. ok, my fault for eating and sleeping and eating and sleeping all the while, but still, there was nothing i could have done other than to sleep on the car since i didn't know the way and i didn't know how to use GPS. hahaha.
and we finally moved into the new apartment last week!! hehehe. and i saw him alot!! he even helped me move all my stuff, was really sweet of him to offer to help me carry more stuff even when he was playing with his friend. hahh, he really makes me happy, for some reason. but anyway, my room is up and i love how it looks! i'm sure you guys would too, i included bits and pieces of everyone there, just wait till you see the picture i took.
last but not least, the ohio trip to see mich!! purdue lost to columbus, whatever the score was. you guys did well, trashing is____ (i can't really remember what the school's name was) 8-0, we probably learnt more new things through this experience and that's a good thing, so keep going guys! the 13 of us went to ohio together but i came back with only 5 cos the other 8 left on saturday night, but well, i thoroughly enjoyed myself during indo night! hahaha. it was fun, all the dressing up at mich's house and ended up being 1hr n 30min late for the event, but that's how indos are, gomu gomu ningen, nee tako? ;) sorta thought that the jap guy is pretty bad at first since he was sooo quiet initially and i didn't see his face much, but after about 2-3 hrs of translating the event and talking and looking at him, i think he's kinda cute. LOL. n he's nice of course, and tall, 6 feet, my god!! and i can't help but laugh when i thought of the line dancing event our whole table participated in at the last event. first dance was the line dancing, and tako was soooo funny when he did the first move, shaking around like that though he claimed he didn't know how to dance. lol, sooo funny! and for the ballroom dancing n switching of partners part, it was even funnier cos i actually danced with him 3 times after the first demo dance!! its like we're supposed to run around the guys and stop when the music stops, the guy who's in front of us will be our partner. but it wasn't that bad, he was the guy i was most familiar with there, and felt great dancing with him. i'm crazy!! lol, but that doesn't really matter, i guess...was sad when i had to leave this morning, won't be seeing mich anymore for some time, i hope she could come over the next time round, and also bring tako along, then i'll show them around purdue. ahhh kaee, i'm supposed to be studying for econs exam. supposed to....
